Meet “Luna”: Coinbase’s Autonomous Tipper

On Oct. 23, Jesse Pollak, head of protocols at Coinbase, introduced “Luna,” an AI bot that autonomously tips onchain. Luna is likely the first AI agent able to send crypto tips automatically. Pollak shared in an Oct. 25 post on X (formerly Twitter) that Luna started tipping users who engage with her on social media, aiming to drive more interaction.

The AI-Driven Future of Blockchain

According to James Ross, founder of Mode Network, we could see most blockchain transactions done by AI bots within the next year. In a post on Oct. 20, Ross predicted that over 80% of transactions on blockchain might soon be powered by AI.
