Mark Yusko’s Take on Bitcoin and Ethereum in 2025

Bitcoin Could Hit $150K
Mark Yusko, CEO of Morgan Creek Capital, sees Bitcoin rising to $120,000–$150,000 by mid-2025. He considers its fair value around $100,000 but expects human emotions to drive prices higher. “We’ll blow past six digits,” he told Cointelegraph, while warning of a bear market likely by the year’s end.

Ethereum Losing Its Edge?
Yusko is skeptical about Ethereum’s future. While the approval of spot ETH ETFs in 2024 was significant, he questions its dominance with faster and cheaper alternatives like Solana and Avalanche growing. “If Ethereum were invented today, would anyone even use it?” he asked.

Sticking to the Four-Year Cycle
Yusko continues to rely on Bitcoin’s four-year cycle for predictions, brushing off speculative buzz like a U.S. Bitcoin Strategic Reserve. He remains focused on the fundamentals driving market behavior.
