Vitalik Buterin has not personally profited from $ETH sales since 2018

ETH was launched in 2015, but after the first 3 year, the founder and one of the main developers Vitalik Buterin, has not used his ETH for personal use. Instead of buying lambos and private jets, Vitalik preferred to support the Ethereum ecosystem and charities.

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin raised eyebrows when he transferred $10 million worth of his Ether holdings to crypto exchanges in August.

Arkham Intelligence data also shows that Buterin’s Ether address has witnessed outflows of around 122,000 ETH since January 2019. These are expected to have been sent to develop the Ethereum ecosystem or to charities.
