Token2049 Singapore successfully concluded its last day on September 19, 2024. The two-day event, held from September 18-19, 2024, took place at Marina Bay Sands.
Numerous projects, along with their developers, representatives, and prominent figures such as Vitalik Buterin, Richard Teng and Arthur Hayes, were in attendance. The event was packed with participants from around the globe.
One crypto content creator, known as “Shun,” shared his thoughts and observations about the event on his Facebook page;
“Day 2 of Token2049 has come to an end, and here’s what I observed:
The BIGGEST and BEST crypto conference that I’ve seen..
So many familiar reputable projects.
So many builders seeking investors.
Merch hunters everywhere (myself included 😎).
Plenty of new projects with red flags, so please be very careful about whom you follow.
This space is darker than it appears. Just because a project has a booth at a big event doesn’t mean they won’t mislead people. The same goes for businesses—having permits like DTI doesn’t guarantee they’re legitimate or trustworthy. 🤡
This bull run will make many people rich, but I’m certain a lot will lose because they don’t know what they’re doing. Stay safe, folks!” He said.
