Michael Mancil Brown might or might no have been a criminal, i don’t know. But if he indeed was behind the blackmail, one wonders why someone with $1 million in bitcoin would try to blackmail a politician for $1 million ? Why would you risk getting caught, when you do not even need the money ?
Or maybe this was his contribution to help get exposure for bitcoin. Maybe this radical act help get bitcoin to where it is today. I don’t know.
