Whales With 100+ BTC at 17-month high

The number of Bitcoin wallets holding at least 100 BTC has reached a 17-month peak, driven by increased holding activity in recent weeks.

According to data from blockchain analytics platform Santiment, as shared in an August 31 post on X (formerly Twitter), more than 283 wallets surpassed the 100 Bitcoin threshold in August alone.
