Reports of Pump.fun’s X Account Being Hacked

On Feb. 26, Pump.fun’s X (formerly Twitter) account was hacked to promote a fraudulent “PUMP” governance token. The hacker’s post falsely claimed early users would receive rewards.

Users Urged to Avoid Links

Crypto investigator ZackXBT warned users not to interact with any links from the compromised account. The Pump.fun team confirmed the breach and is working to restore access.
