Polygon hit a temporary delay in finality due to a bug in Bor and Erigon nodes. RPC services were disrupted, and some apps faced access issues.

The blockchain continues producing blocks. Some validators had to restart nodes to sync to the last finalized block.

Debugging Efforts

Polygon engineers are working with infrastructure providers to fix the bug. The issue does not affect core chain operations.
